Our COO Makes the Streaming Media All-Star Team
Streaming Media is one of the most respected names in the digital media industry, and we’re very proud that Andrew Olson, SVP, Comcast Interactive Media and COO, thePlatform, has just been named a Streaming Media All-Star. This year begins Streaming Media magazine’s annual selection of the the behind-the-scenes, influential people who’ve made a big difference in moving the online video industry forward.
Streaming Media editors picked the 25 technological innovators, business professionals, and individuals whose passion for online video helped nurture the field. The idea was to honor people who’ve been around for awhile, working in the background. Andrew is one of thePlatform’s founders, and for the past eight years or so has promoted broadband video management and publishing innovations as key to any media company’s streaming media solution.
