Our new transcoding service is getting a lot of great feedback from our customers. Many people have asked what transcoding technology provider we selected to build our farm with. The answer is Rhozet ® Carbon Coder™, from Harmonic Inc. We chose Rhozet for many reasons including the wide range of formats it supports for ingest and output as well as the broad acceptance it has among our customers. We now have an active Rhozet server farm providing a shared service to our clients with average transcoding needs, and multiple servers providing dedicated services to our higher-volume transcoding customers.
